The Free Clinic of Simi Valley is an anchor in the community, serving residents who lack access to traditional sources of care. Since our inception in 1971, we have worked hard to earn the trust and support of patients, donors, and volunteers.
We are Community-Funded Our supporters keep us in business based on one simple fact: the Free Clinic is a non-profit organization funded entirely by grants and donations. We do not receive payments from private or federally funded insurances. All of our licensed doctors, dentists, counselors, and attorneys volunteer their time and expertise. THE OPPORTUNITY

The simplest way to make a planned gift is to include a contribution in your will. Life insurance policies, charitable trusts, IRA distributions, donation of appreciated stock, and charitable gift annuities are other options. In many cases, these offer tax advantages to the donor. How do I include a planned gift in my will? The following is sample language to include in your will to make a bequest. "I hereby give, devise and bequeath to The Free Clinic of Simi Valley, a 501(c)(3) charitable corporation, or its successors in interest, located at 2003 Royal Ave, Simi Valley, CA, 93065, the sum of $____ (amount written out) or ____ % of estate, to be used to promote the mission of the Clinic."
